Having left the receiver dongle for my work mouse at the office (far away), I was in a pickle when I couldn't connect it to my laptop for WFH. I dropped in on this darling shop and was immediately assisted with a working, high-end barely used gaming mouse loaded with a fresh battery and a unifying receiver dongle, which will ensure that my laptop can pair with any Logitech brand mouse going forward. Only $10. And, I was also able to pick their brains about reducing eye fatigue using my windows settings for my monitor displays, and go tips about what to shop for in a new monitor upgrade. Since my company does not have a local IT office I can run to for things like this, I am ever so grateful to have this shop around. Frankly, they are better than any company-provided IT I have relied on for simple hardware issues and I would not hesitate to go here for my own personal computing needs.

This is the only computer store my husband and son will do business with, and they've done a lot with Action. Sometimes I accompany them and I think the staff there is very friendly and helpful. The only thing I ever had go wrong with them is that I brought my laptop in for repair and they misdiagnosed the problem. I e-mailed them about it, like, a month or two later, just to let them know what had happened, and they immediately refunded my money in full, which was a pleasant surprise to me. I was expecting they might argue with me or blow me off, but they made good on the situation and I was very impressed. I would recommend everyone to this place.

I am so impressed by what Dusty and Chris know and their ability to help me, who has little understanding of the real workings of a computer. I needed help on my old, unsupported Outlook. They got it working for me in less that 30 minutes after I had spent days trying! Their cost is very reasonable as well. I will be back for any computer issues or needs I have in the future. We have purchased a computer here in the past and been pleased with it too.

Been coming to Action over the years and they've always done a great job and super friendly. But I had to get my 85-year old mother's computer updated, contemplated different options and Chris was able to find a great solution. And they were FAST! (NO ONE wants to be without their laptop for long!) I just set it up for her yesterday, everything is working great and she is THRILED! These guys know their stuff. Absolutely recommend! Thank you Chris and Action!

Bought a computer many years ago from this shop. It suddenly died so I took it in. Chris was very very helpful and patient, and after much discussion, I bought a new power supply. Put it in at home and the computer came back to life! I was really impressed that I didn't get pressured into buying a whole new computer. That makes me trust them even more! This is definitely a great place to find new, used computers, or parts, or get repairs! Thank you, Chris for fantastic customer service!

Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable staff that were more than willing to take the time to help me with tech issues outside of their normal ball park. Let to a great solution and new knowledge that’ll be of great help in the future. 10/10. Guy who helped me was also wearing an LTT hoodie, so instantly knew he had a really great base knowledge for tech

Went into Action to have my old computer looked at. It was old and they told me it wasn't worth fixing. No charge. I bought a new one and they spent a couple of hours loading all my info from my old one to the new one. $45 Very honest workers and very reasonable price. I will continue to use them.

Action Computers is the ONLY place you should buy a computer. Anytime I need an upgrade, I come to them for an amazing deal on a good machine that isn't loaded up with a bunch apps I don't need. Plus they are refurbishing and recycling computers and accessories that would otherwise end up in the landfill. While I was waiting to be helped, I overheard Hayley patiently and respectfully helping a senior look for some misplaced files free of charge. Then she helped me find what I needed, and completed my data transfer and set up super fast. I'm just grateful I got to connect with this awesome human, and I love this store so much more than I did before. 6 stars!!!

Action computers was amazing. 100% helpful. The things they did not carry they referred another local business in the area. They had an amazing sale going on when I was there monitors were only $59.99. They had gaming mouse and keyboard, computer stands, cables, cords, laptops, computers, accessories of all kinds. They stop to tell you and explain the different options. Even took my name and number or something I was looking for but they didn’t have on them at the time in the warehouse was closed. Three days later they called to let me know they had what I requested. So the follow up was also top-notch. Thank you for the community support, help and for being one of the better small businesses I’ve been to.
